Day of Coordinator Services
Our Day of Coordinator services are perfect for couples who choose to handle some of their planning themselves personally and just need professional assistance on the day of the event. Larger guest counts will require additional coordinator services.
All of our Wedding and Reception Day of Coordinator Services below include, but is not strictly limited, to the following:
- Initial planning sessions, as necessary.
- Dedicated online folder for your event.
- Direct quotes or referrals for most services for your wedding and reception.
- Sourcing assistance for other services.
- Basic review of your venue and vendor contracts.
- Unlimited email correspondence.
- 60-day and 30-day check-in by phone or video conference prior to your event.
- We will generate a detailed timeline of your event approximately two weeks before your event.
- We will coordinate with all vendors from at least 2 weeks out.
- We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session before your event.
- Additional coordination or planning service hours are available at a fixed hourly rate.
- We will oversee and direct setup at your venue
- Basic cleanup services are available for an additional cost
- A floor plan design can be provided starting from an additional $250.
Additional services, such as setup, equipment rentals, repurposing, clean-up, and more, are also available for an additional fee.
Half-Day Coordinator Services-From just $900 if booked with our regular Hawaii wedding or vow renewal services, $100 additional if not. This service is for events with minimum setup requirements and includes all of our Full Day of Coordinator services with a Day of Coordinator for up to 4 hours and an assistant coordinator for 2 hours for the core time of your event. Additional charges may apply for events with more than 50 attendees. This service is designed for smaller, more intimate events.
Essential Day of Coordinator Services-From just $1,500 if booked in conjunction with our regular Hawaii wedding or vow renewal services, $150 additional if not. This service is for events with light setup requirements and includes all of our Full Day of Coordinator services with a Day of Coordinator for up to 8 hours and an assistant coordinator for 3-4 hours for the core time of your event. Additional charges may apply for events with more than 50 attendees.
Extended Day of Coordinator Services-From just $1,950 if booked in conjunction with our regular Hawaii wedding or vow renewal services, $150 additional if not. This service is for events with minimal setup requirements and includes all of our Full Day of Coordinator services with a Day of Coordinator and an assistant coordinator for up to 16 hours of combined coverage for your event. Additional charges may apply for events with more than 75 attendees.
Premium Day of Coordinator Services-From just $2,550 if booked in conjunction with our regular Hawaii wedding or vow renewal services, $200 additional if not. This service is for events with more extensive setup requirements and includes all of our Full Day of Coordinator services with a Day of Coordinator and an assistant coordinator for up to 20 hours of combined coverage for your event, and a professional layout design. Additional charges may apply for events with more than 100 attendees.

Our complete Wedding planner services are simply the most affordable wedding planner services in Hawaii. We will extend any of our Day of Coordinator services to full Wedding Planner services from 6 months to 1 full year prior to your event. These services are a must for larger events, as there are many more details to address to ensure that nothing falls between the cracks on your special day.
From just $750 additional to any of our Full Day of Coordinator packages, Our six-month Wedding Planner Service includes all of the Day of Coordinator services for your selected coordinator package, PLUS:

Ceremony Only Coordinator service – From just $450 if booked with our regular Hawaii wedding or vow renewal services, $100 additional if not. Additional charges may apply for events with more than 50 attendees. This service includes:
- Up to 1-hour initial planning session
- A 30-day check-in by phone or video conference before your ceremony.
- Direct quotes and/or referrals for most services for your wedding and reception..
- We will generate a timeline for your ceremony.
- We will conduct a 1-hour final planning and rehearsal session before your event.
- We will provide up to 2 hours of on-site coordination service on the day of your event.
- Additional coordination or planning service hours are available at a fixed hourly rate.
